Two of our partners, Mr. Fred Kan and Mr. Wu Wing Kit, are China-Appointed Attesting Officers in Hong Kong. They are authorized by the Ministry of Justice of the Government of the People’s Republic of China to prepare and attest legal documents for use in Mainland China.
