Profile
Carol's practice focuses on litigation involving clinical negligence claims, professional negligence claims, insurance matters, commercial and real property disputes. Carol received her training in our firm from 1991 to 1993. After having worked as an associate solicitor in our firm for several years, she then worked in an international law firm from 1997 to 2007. In 2007, she re-joined us as a consultant.
Carol has been a panel solicitor of the Hong Kong Law Society's Professional Indemnity Scheme and other insurance firms’ panel solicitor in insurance and medical negligence matters.
Before joining private practice, Carol had worked as a Judge's Clerk in the Judiciary and as a Court Prosecutor in the Department of Justice of Hong Kong.
