YC Andy Chan is a qualified lawyer in Hong Kong and Australia (Victoria) and a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand. Andy received his training with us and went away to practice in a reputable commercial law firm in New Zealand and now rejoins Fred Kan & Co. as an Associate Solicitor. Andy engages in general practice with a focus in commercial, corporate and IP law. While in Hong Kong and abroad, YC Andy had assisted a number of major multinational conglomerate, personal care, & food production corporations in their commercial, employment, IP and litigation files. He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
