William, MAK Wai Leung

William Mak’s practice areas involve corporate and commercial laws, civil litigation,
trusts, inheritance and probate. He has advised private companies in organizational
streamlining and amalgamations, and also multi-national corporations with key assets in
Hong Kong and Mainland China in their cross-border corporate re-organizations. He is
also experienced, acting for either vendor or purchaser, in acquisitions and legal due
diligence on Hong Kong companies holding multiple assets such as business, factories
and landed property in Hong Kong and Mainland China.

William also advises on multi-national franchising agreements, general commercial
matters, trust planning and preparation of wills and enduring power of attorney etc.
