Alex completed his training at our firm and is now an Associate. His practice areas include banking and financing, legal and regulatory compliance, private M&A, general corporate and commercial law, as well as wills, probate and trust.
His primary focus is on non-contentious matters. He participated in acquisition projects, conducting due diligence work and supported advising clients on SFC licensing and compliance. He also handled loan transactions and asset security matters for banks.
Additionally, he has experience in cross-border probate applications and estate planning.
