Kate is a practising solicitor. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. She has experience in representing clients on contractual disputes, disputes on guarantees, good sold and delivered, shareholders’ disputes, adverse possession, personal injuries matters, bankruptcy and winding-up proceedings. She also advises on general commercial matters and acquisition of private companies, tax, intellectual property, probate, preparation of wills and enduring power of attorney. She worked as a tax consultant / accountant with two of the major international accounting firms before practising as a solicitor. She received her training in Fred Kan & Co. as a trainee solicitor from 2003 to 2005 and later joined the firm as an associate solicitor.
