Rix has extensive experience in arbitration, litigation and disputes resolution in the construction and engineering industries while he was a chartered quantity surveyor. He advises in matters such as contract drafting and administration, risk identification and control, strategic and tactical management of construction projects and disputes. Rix has acted for all players in the construction industry including developers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants. He sits as arbitrator in a wide range of construction and commercial disputes. He also handles complicated commercial, land and real property, financial, probate and administration disputes, involving multiple jurisdiction including Hong Kong, Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan and other countries.
